What we do with your data

What we collect

Name, email, what you do, and dietary restrictions. We ask about occupation because the guest list is curated by hand.

To build the table, confirm your seat, send you the location and tell you about upcoming editions if you asked.

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with brands or sponsors.

With the chef and the team of the night, only what is necessary (dietary restrictions, name). With the payment processor, to charge.

We do not store card numbers. Charges are processed by a specialized third party.

As long as the relationship makes sense. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

You may request access, correction or deletion by writing to hola@mesarsvp.com. We reply in days, not weeks.

We only write if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works.

If this changes in any meaningful way, we notify everyone on the list by email.
